Welcome! By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, projects, invoices, and quotations issued by Webtech Solutions.

1. Services We Provide

We offer freelance web development, web design, SEO, and digital marketing services, including:

  • Website Development: Custom WordPress websites, e-commerce (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify), custom plugins, and web design.
  • SEO: On-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and link building.
  • Digital Marketing: Google Ads, content strategy, and local SEO.
  • Website Maintenance & Support: Technical support and troubleshooting.

2. Billing & Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule in the quotation or agreement.
  • Projects start only after the initial payment is received.
  • Prices may change if additional features or major scope changes are requested.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, or other methods mentioned in the invoice.
  • Late payments may cause service delays or project timeline adjustments.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • If you cancel a service after it starts, refunds will follow the refund policy in the quotation or agreement.
  • No refunds for domain registration, hosting, SSL, or third-party tools/services.
  • If partial work or files are handed over after cancellation, additional charges may apply.
  • Once work starts (research, design, development), the advance payment is non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Until full payment is made, all website code, design, and assets remain the property of Webtech Solutions.
  • Do not launch or use the website officially while it is under development.
  • After delivery and full payment, the client is responsible for content, security, and legal use of the website.
  • We are not liable for any misuse, fraud, or illegal activity on the client’s website after handover.
  • All websites include a “Built by Webtech Solutions” credit in the footer:
    • ₹999 if hosted on client’s hosting
    • ₹499 if hosted on Webtech Solutions’ shared hosting
  • Unauthorized use of our content, branding, or logo is not allowed without permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all content (text, images, videos) on time.
  • Give feedback and approvals promptly at each project stage.
  • Ensure all business and website content complies with laws.

6. General Terms

  • Use our services for legal and ethical purposes only.
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse may lead to legal action.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to technical issues or factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to provide quality services, but we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or profits caused by using our services or third-party actions.

8. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the changes.
