Suraj Saxena provides professional freelance web development, web design, SEO, and digital marketing services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Website Development: Custom WordPress websites, e-commerce solutions (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify), custom plugin development, and general web design.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, and performance monitoring.
• Digital Marketing: Google Ads management, content strategy, and local SEO.
• Website Maintenance & Support: Technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

2. Service Engagement & Project Scope

• All projects begin with a clear discussion and mutual agreement on the project scope, deliverables, and timeline.
• Any changes to the agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges and adjustments to the timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment process is as follows:

• Advance Payment: A mandatory advance payment (percentage of the total project cost) is required before any work commences. This ensures commitment from both parties and covers initial resource allocation and project setup.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI QR Code, Bank Transfer, and in specific, mutually agreed-upon cases, Cash.
• Remaining Payments: The balance payment will be due upon completion of agreed-upon milestones or final project delivery, as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully:

• Domain and Hosting Purchases: Any costs incurred for the purchase of domain names and web hosting on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Advance Payment (Non-Refundable After Work Commencement): Once the advance payment is received and work on your project has officially begun (including but not limited to research, design, development, content planning), the advance amount is non-refundable. This covers the time, effort, and resources already invested in your project.
• Project Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a project at any stage after work has commenced, all payments made up to that point, including the advance, are non-refundable. Any outstanding payments for work completed will remain due.
• No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a project milestone is approved or the project is fully delivered and paid for, no refunds will be issued for the completed work.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content (text, images, videos) in a timely manner.
• Giving prompt feedback and approvals at various project stages.
• Ensuring legal compliance for their business and content.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full and final payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design and custom code developed specifically for them.
• We retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
• Any third-party themes, plugins, or stock assets used will remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of New Delhi. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
