- Cash: Available in specific cases upon client request.
2. Advance Payment
Before commencing any project, an advance payment of the total project cost is required. This advance secures your project and allows us to allocate resources accordingly.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
The following conditions apply to all payments:
- Domain and Hosting: If we purchase domains or web hosting on your behalf, these costs are non-refundable.
- Project Commencement: Once work begins (after advance payment and finalizing the project scope), the advance payment is non-refundable. This includes development, design, research, and other initial activities.
- Project Cancellation: If the client cancels the project midway, payments for work already rendered and the advance amount remain non-refundable.
4. Payment Process
- After finalizing the project scope and cost, we will inform you about the advance payment required.
- Work on the project begins only after receiving the advance payment.
- The remaining payment is made upon project milestones or final delivery, as mutually agreed.
5. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding payment or refunds, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and amicably.
