these terms carefully before commencing work with us.
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI QR Code: Fast and secure online transfer.
- Bank Transfer: Direct fund transfer to a bank account.
- Cash: In certain specific cases, upon client request.
2. Advance Payment
Before commencing work on any project, an advance payment of the total project cost is
required. This advance payment is for initiating the project and allocating resources.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
Our Payment and Refund Policy is subject to the following conditions:
- Domain and Hosting Purchases: If domain names and web hosting are purchased by us on
your behalf, these purchases will be non-refundable. Their cost will not be refunded
under any circumstances.
- Work Commencement: Once work on your project has commenced (after receiving the advance
payment and finalizing the project scope), the advance amount will not be refunded under any
circumstances. This includes development, design, research, and other initial activities.
- Project Cancellation: If the client cancels the project midway, payment for services
rendered and the advance amount will remain non-refundable.
4. Payment Process
The payment process will be as follows:
- After the project scope and cost are finalized, you will be informed about the advance payment.
- Work on the project will only begin after the advance payment is received.
- The remaining payment will be made upon project milestones or final delivery, as mutually agreed.
5. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding payment or refund, please contact us directly. We will endeavor to resolve
every dispute amicably and fairly.
